GUIDELINES FOR BEST OF BOSTON WEDDINGS™ TRADEMARK USE
Congratulations on having been named a Best of Boston Weddings™ 2026 winner! Along with the benefits of being selected a winner, Boston Weddings hereby authorizes you to use its registered trademark – Best of Boston Weddings™ – only in your own advertising, promotional materials, and press releases publicizing your selection. All other use of the trademark is prohibited.
All use of our trademark is subject to the following provisions:
- The trademark must be clearly identified with the ™ symbol immediately following the Best of Boston Weddings™ award indication and it must always be accompanied by the name “Boston Weddings”.
- When using in text/copy, the Best of Boston Weddings® trademark must be clearly attributed to only your winning category, the year of the award must be indicated, and it must be indicated that the award was given by Boston Weddings. For example: Boston Weddings’ Best of Boston Weddings™ 2026 – Best Cake Shop
- If you wish to use the Best of Boston Weddings™Winner Stamp, please visit https://www.bostonmagazine.com/2026-best-of-boston-weddings-winner/ to download the digital file. The password needed to enter is BOBW2026. This artwork must not be modified in any way, including manipulation of the award year indicated upon it. If you require a Best of Boston Weddings™ Winner Stamp for additional years won, please contact the Marketing Department for additional art files. If you are promoting the award on your website, please link back to our online listings.
