My experience so far has been terrible. I placed my order on 06/26 received an email on 07/01 telling me my order was on it's way. I check the tracking # and it tells me my order has not arrived yet. Where is my order #NK10089.

High quality print. Arrived in a well protected document envelope. Such a nice keepsake for my Umich daughter!

Although the envelope the poster was shipped in was bent during the mailing process (twice), I was very satisfied the way it was handled. A new poster was then shipped in a cardboard box, which kept it crease free. It was a great example of the excellent customer service. This was a gift for my son's birthday and he loves it!
